A 108 feet tall 70 feet diameter structure having 7 floors, specially designed after Maha Sudarsana Meru to magnify the psycho-spiritual energy captured in the 501 jyothis (eternal lamps) to be installed in it.The 7 floors of the Jyotikshetram symbolise the 7 worlds in the cosmic order and the 7 chakras in the human body. A circular hall of 20ft width and 20000 sq.ft of enclosed area around the pond to accommodate more than 5000 people on collective meditation for world peace and universal well- being. During the Satakoti Archana, at 7.30 pm on 30th May 2000, Jyotikshetram was sanctified by the luminous manifestation of the Divine Mother and was witnessed by thousands of Archakas performing Sree Lalitha Sahsra Nama Archana.

The Mahasamadhi Shrine of Jagadguru Swami Sathyananda Saraswathi Thrippadangal is at the heart of the circular mandapa on the ground floor of Jyotikshetram.
